About the Bowls Club

Painswick is set in the centre of the glorious Cotswolds and is full of history. It calls itself the ‘Queen of the Cotswolds’.

The Green is in fine shape and members make good use of it playing friendly matches including an Inter Village Street Competition. Touring teams are always welcomed.

If you wish to try the game approach any member that you see at the Green or contact any of the Club Contacts. We will lend all the equipment you need plus free instruction to get you going. All you need is flat soled shoes.

The Club is situated behind the Painswick Centre in Bisley Street, Painswick.
